Eggrollz It Iz was founded by Brittany โ€” a passionate home cook with a dream, a deep love for bold flavors, and a vision to turn a family favorite into something unforgettable. It all started in a small Chicago kitchen lovingly known as Mamaโ€™s Kitchen, where food brought people together and every meal was made with heart. Brittany began whipping up egg rolls for family, friends, and local events โ€” and it didnโ€™t take long for the word to spread.

These werenโ€™t your average egg rolls. With creative twists like jerk chicken, Philly cheesesteak, and seasoned veggie, each roll was handmade, packed with flavor, and rolled with love. The demand grew, and what started as a home-based hustle began to take on a life of its own.

After relocating to Houston, Brittany brought the same flavor, energy, and spirit to a new city. Thatโ€™s when Mamaโ€™s Kitchen officially evolved into Eggrollz It Iz โ€” a name that reflects the confidence and craveability behind every bite.

From our kitchen to your plate, every egg roll tells a story. And if youโ€™ve got a craving? You already know the answer:

If itโ€™s egg rolls you want โ€” Eggrollz It Iz!

Brittany, the founder of Eggrollz It Iz, was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, where food, family, and flavor were a way of life. A proud graduate of Julian High School, Brittany has always carried with her the spirit of her city and the strength of the women who raised her. Now based in Houston, sheโ€™s not only a dedicated entrepreneur but also a devoted mom to three children and three bonus children, balancing business and family with heart and hustle.

Her inspiration runs deep โ€” especially from her autistic son, who is incredibly selective about what he eats, but always lights up for her egg rolls. That love and approval from her toughest critic became one of her biggest motivations.

Eggrollz It Iz was born from Brittanyโ€™s kitchen, but its roots trace all the way back to her childhood memories of sneaking tastes while her grandmother cooked Sunday dinner. As she recalls:

โ€œGrowing up, we would always sneak food from the kitchen while my grandmother was cooking Sunday dinner โ€” until my mother would catch us and yell, โ€˜Get out my mamaโ€™s kitchen!โ€™ So Mamaโ€™s Kitchen has always been a place for love, comfort, and family.โ€

That feeling is now rolled into every bite Brittany serves โ€” a taste of home, made with love.
